3.80% Bonus Shares of Green Development Bank Listed in NEPSE

1,97,220 unit bonus shares of Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 10th AGM on 27th Chaitra, 2080, and endorsed a 4% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. 3.80% bonus shares worth Rs. 1,97,22,000 and 0.20% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 10,38,000 were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs 51.90 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of now, GRDBL has an LTP of Rs. 659.00.
