2nd AGM of Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha on Poush 26: Proposal of IPO issuance

Suryodaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha is going to organize its 2nd AGM on Poush 26 at 8 AM at Paluwa Montessori, Syangja.  Bank has proposed to increase its authorized capital to Rs 80 million and issued capital to Rs 40 million rupees.

To increase issued capital bank proposed to endorse 1:1 right shares to existing shareholders and remaining capital will be injected through IPO issuance. Bank is to issue IPO amounting 12 million for ordinary shareholders. Current paid up capital of bank is Rs 14 million.
