256 investors allotted 1,84,614.40 units ordinary share of Prabhu Bank; cut-off price stood Rs 467.07

Prabhu Bank Limited (PRVU) had  auctioned its 1,84,614.40 units of ordinary right share and 1,57,271.60 units promoter share to the general public from Jestha 32, 2073 to Ashad 15, 2073. The bid was opened to conclude the auction on Ashad 16, 2073. The bank has sold its shares after the rights shares issued on Falgun 16, 2072 were not fully subscribed by the investors. The bank had offered right shares at the ratio of 10:2. According to the official of Growmore Merchant Banker Limited, the bank has set the cutoff price for the 1,57,271.60  units promoter shares at Rs 228.51. The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 400. Total 43 applicants had submitted their bids for promoter shares and 19 of  them got shares. The bank has set the cutoff price for the  1,84,614.40 ordinary shares at Rs 467.07 The highest bid amount for the auction shares received was Rs 675. Total 1,589 applicants had submitted their bids for ordinary  shares and 256 of them got shares. (There might be slight changes in the mentioned data as this is just the preliminary data.) Prabhu Bank trading has been halted in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) since September 30, 2015. PRVU has earned net profit of Rs. 75.78 crore in the third quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
