25% bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company listed on NEPSE; more than 10 Million units of shares made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC).
As per the notice, 10,992,321.62 units bonus shares of Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares are now freely tradeable in the secondary market.
NLIC had issue 25% bonus shares and 23.50% cash dividend for the shareholders out of profits of FY 74/75.
