22,07,108 Units of Nabil Debenture 2085 (NBLD85) Listed in NEPSE

22,07,108 units of Nabil Debenture 2085 (NBLD85) of Nabil Bank Limited have been listed in NEPSE.

Nabil Bank Limited recently allotted the public issue of Nabil Debenture 2085 (NBLD85). The issue opened on 10th Shrawan and was supposed to conclude on 13th Shrawan, 2078. Since the issue was not subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline was extended till Shrawan 24.

30,00,000 units were issued at a par value of Rs.1000 per unit. Of the total issue, 18 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement, and 12 lakh units were issued to the general public, including a 5% quota for mutual funds. Apparently, the issue only received applications for a total of 22,07,108 units.

As the name suggests, "8% Nabil Bank Debenture 2085" has a maturity period of 7 years, and will mature on Shrawan 30, 2085. The debenture will yield 8% annual returns to unitholders.
