21.25% Bonus Shares of Kumari Bank Limited get listed on NEPSE; 1.52 Crore units of shares made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Kumari Bank Limited (KBL).
As per the notice published, 15,221,781.39 Units Bonus Share of Kumari Bank Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares con now be freely traded in the secondary market.
KBL had distributed 12.75% and 8.50% bonus shares out of the profits of FY 2073/74 and 2074/75 for its shareholders.
