The company convened it's 12th AGM on 24th Mangsir, 2082, and endorsed a 22.1053% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 21% bonus share and a 1.1053% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
