20th AGM of Chilime Hydropower on Poush 29; to endorse 20% dividend

Chilime Hydropower Company Limited (CHCL) will be holding its 20^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 29, 2073 at Nepal Pragya Pratishthan , Kamaladi, Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 10% bonus share and 10% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in the FY 2072/73.
• To amend article of association to increase authorized and paid up capital after bonus share distribution.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor. The register of the shareholders will remain closed from Poush 8, 2073 to Poush 29, 2073 for the purpose of its AGM. Only those shareholders owning shares till Poush 7, 2073 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. CHCL has earned net profit of Rs 30.73 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. It’s paid up capital stands at Rs 3.13 arba. After adjustment of 10 bonus share, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 3.44 arba.
