20% Bonus Shares of Nadep Laghubitta Listed in NEPSE

8,09,600 unit bonus shares of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company called its 7th AGM on 14th Magh, 2078 and endorsed a 21.053% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 40.48 Crores. 1.053% cash dividend worth Rs. 42.61 lakhs and a 20% bonus share worth Rs. 8.09 crores were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
NADEP closed at Rs. 466.20 yesterday.
