20% Bonus Shares of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha listed by NEPSE; 1.20 Lakh units listed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB).

As per the notice published, 120,000 units bonus share of Mahuli Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been listed on the stock exchange market. These shares are now freely tradeable in the secondary market.

The microfinance company had issued 20% bonus shares and 1.05% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
