1,95,772.50 bonus shares of Sabaiko Laghubitta Bittiya SansthaLimited (SABSL) are now listed in NEPSE.
The 4th AGM of the company held on 14th Chaitra, 2077 endorsed the dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77: 10.5% bonus shares and 0.55% cash dividend. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 1,95,77,250 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 10,30,381.58. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, SABSL has an LTP of Rs. 2,050.
