16 investors allotted 20,973 units auctioned ordinary shares of Surya Life Insurance; Preliminary cut-off price stood Rs 653

Surya Life Insurance Company Limited (SLICL) had auctioned its 20,973 units ordinary right shares to the general public from Poush 12, 2073 to Poush 18, 2073. The bid was opened today (Poush 19, 2073). An official of Laxmi Capital Markets Limited, which managed the auction for Surya Life Insurance Company informed that the cut off price for 20,973 units ordinary shares stood at Rs. 653. The highest bid amount for the auctioned shares was Rs 701. 188 applicants had submitted their bids and only 16 of them got shares. "This data is preliminary and the final data may vary", added the official. The Last Trading Price (LTP) of the shares stood at Rs 691 as on January 3, 2017. Surya Life Insurance Co. earned Rs. 1.23 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per its unaudited quarterly report.
