2,55,655.77 unit bonus shares of Mithila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 14th AGM on 17th Falgun and endorsed a 15.789% dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The 231st meeting of the board of directors held on Poush 28 decided to distribute 15% bonus shares worth Rs. 2.55 crores and a 0.789473681% cash dividend worth Rs. 13.45 lakhs from the paid-up capital of Rs. 17.04 crores. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
