15% Bonus Shares of Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited Listed in NEPSE

59,57,851 unit bonus shares of Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited (GCIL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 3rd AGM on 28th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 15% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 15% bonus shares were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
GCIL closed at Rs. 530.20.
