12th AGM of Karnali Dev. Bank on Falgun 22 to approve 11% stock dividend

Karnali Development Bank Limited (KRBL) will be holding its 9th AGM (Annual General Meeting) on Falgun 22, 2072. The AGM is going to be held at Siddhartha Cottage, Surkhet road, Nepalgunj at 1:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM is to endorse 11 % bonus share and 0.5% cash dividend for tax purpose as proposed by the BoD of the bank, to manage post for executive director and to amend article of association as directed by Nepal Rastra bank. Other agendas of the AGM are the financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditors and to elect 2 BOD members from public shareholders group. Only those shareholders owning shares till Falgun 4 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Falgun 5, 2072 till Falgun 22, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM) Karnali Development Bank had paid up capital of Rs 10 crore after distribution of 11 percent bonus share it’s paid up capital will reach to Rs 11.1 crore.
