12 people standing for the position of Directors of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower; AGM to be held on Ashad 11th, 2076

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Company Limited (UPPER) will be convening its 11th AGM on Ashad 11, 2076 in the premises of Nepal Academy Hall, Kamladi, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The major agenda of the meeting is to elect 4 directors from public shareholders group.

The public shareholders who have registered themselves for the candidacy are:

Thus, a total of 13 applications have been submitted. However, one application has been rejected because of a court case. The applicants still have time to pull out their name till the end of day today and the final list will be published tomorrow.

The company has a total of 8.18 lakh shareholders and all shareholders are eligible to vote for the board of directors.
