12% bonus shares of Reliance Finance Limited to be listed on NEPSE; paid up capital increases to Rs.83.24 Crore

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) had conducted 8^th and 9^th AGM on Jestha 27, 2076, endorsing decision to distribute 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend (for tax purpose) for the shareholders.

It has announced that, upon approval from the BOD, the company had decided to get these bonus shares listed on the stock exchange.

Bonus shares worth Rs.8.92 Crore will soon be listed on NEPSE making the shares tradeable. The paid up capital of the company increased to Rs.83.24 Crore after adjustment of bonus shares.
