12% bonus shares of Nabil Bank Limited listed on NEPSE; more than 9 Million units listed

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the listing of bonus shares of Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL).
As per the notice published, 9,686,244 units bonus share of Nabil Bank Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can be freely traded on the secondary market.
NABIL had distributed 12% bonus shares and 22% cash dividend out of the profits of FY 74/75 for the shareholders.
