11 Percent L.B.B.L. Debenture 2089 (LBBLD89) & 11 Percent Mahalaxmi Debenture 2089 (MLBLD89) Listed on NEPSE

On Wednesday, i.e., 2080/05/13 an agreement between Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited (LBBL) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for listing of 11 Percent L.B.B.L. Debenture 2089 (LBBLD89).
Following the agreement, 10 lakh units are being listed at a par value of Rs. 1000 per unit.
The trading of the shares are expected to begin from Sunday.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue manager. On the 11th of Bhadra, 2080 the stocks were listed on NEPSE in line with the existing laws.
In the same manner, on Wednesday, i.e., 2080/05/13 an agreement between Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited (MLBL) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) was penned for listing of and .
