10th AGM of Nyadi Hydropower re-scheduled to be held on Chaitra 4

The Annual General Meeting of Nyadi Hydropower Limited has been postponed due to the absence of the required number of shareholders to fulfill its quorum. The 10^th AGM of the hydropower was set to take place on Falgun 4, 2074. Now the next date for the AGM has been set as Chaitra 4, 2074 which will be held at the Company’s Registered Office Situated in Buddhanagar, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM. The main agendas of the AGM are to increase the paid up capital of the company and amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) accordingly.
