1,09,811 Unit Promoter Shares of Garima Bikas Bank Listed in NEPSE

1,09,811 unit promoter shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
GBBL had auctioned 1,09,811 unit promoter shares to the shareholders from 26th Shrawan to 31st Bhadra, 2079. Rs. 100 was the minimum bid rate for the auction, while the minimum bid quantity for shares was 1000 units. The same promoter shares are now listed in NEPSE.
The shares will trade as promoter shares under the GBBLPO.
