10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089 Now Listed in NEPSE

50,00,000 units of 10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089 (SD89) of Sanima Bank Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

Sanima Bank Limited had issued 50,00,000 units worth of "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089 (SD89)" from 10th Ashad, 2079.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 50 lakh units, 60% i.e 30,00,000 units of the issue was subscribed via private placement and the remaining 40% i.e 20,00,000 were for the public issue (including mutual fund).

As the name suggests, "10.25% Sanima Debenture 2089" has a maturity period of 10 years and will yield 10.25% annual returns to unit holders.
