100% Right Shares of Shiva Shree Hydropower And River Falls Power Limited Listed in NEPSE

1,47,64,000 unit right shares of Share of Shiva Shree Hydropower Ltd (SSHL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company issued a 1:1 ratio right share, i.e., 1,47,64,000 units, to its shareholders from 19th Bhadra to 23rd Ashwin, 2082. Out of which only 41,97,794 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 1,38,98,155 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 20th Kartik to the 27th Kartik 2082.

The same 1,47,64,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Citizens Capital Limited was the company's auction manager.

As of the time of writing, SSHL has an LTP of Rs. 163.00.

70,00,000 unit right shares of Share of River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The company issued a 1:1 ratio right share, i.e., 70,00,000 units, to its shareholders from 23rd Bhadra to 26th Ashwin, 2082. Out of which only 59,61,076 units were allotted to the eligible shareholders of the company. The remaining 10,38,924 units of unsubscribed right shares were later sold through an auction from the 26th Kartik to the 3rd Mangsir 2082.

The same 70,00,000 units of right shares are now listed in NEPSE.
