10% Sanima Debenture 2085 collects application Rs 12.65 crore; Issue to close on Sunday

Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) has been issuing 10% debentures worth Rs 2 arba from Kartik 30, 2075. “10% Sanima Debenture 2085”will be yielding 10% interest annually.

Kathmandu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance.

As per the issue manager, 2,617 applicants have been received for a total of 126,537 units of debentures. The issue will be closed on 1st Poush, 2075.

The bank has been issuing 20 lakh unit debentures at Rs 1,000 per unit. Out of the total debentures, 20% of the issue (i.e. issue of Rs 40 crore from 4 Lakh units) is being issued for the general public. And the remaining 80% will be issued from private placement. Out of the offered 4 Lakh units, 20,000 units have been kept for mutual funds and the remaining 380,000 units are available for the public.

Applications can be placed for minimum 25 units of debentures while the maximum applications can be placed for 380,000 units.

In case the debenture is undersubscribed till Sunday, the authorities have been planning to find a way to extend date for the debentures. If the extension is not allowed by SEBON, the issue will be closed for now and might be re issued in the future.
