10% Bonus Shares of Shangri-la Development Bank (SADBL) Now Listed in NEPSE

27,36,972.42 unit bonus shares of Shangri-la Development Bank Limited (SADBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
Shangri-la Development Bank convened its 17th AGM for the FY 2077-78 under the leadership of its chairman on Kartik 16, 2078. Apart from the regular agendas, the AGM endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend worth Rs 1.44 crore to its shareholders from the profit it had made in the fiscal year 2077/78.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. These shares are tradable from tomorrow. The ordinary shares of SADBL closed at Rs. 321 last week.
