10% Bonus Shares of Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited Distributed to Demat Accounts

Ru Ru Jalbidhyut Pariyojana Limited has distributed a 10% bonus share directly to Demat accounts of its shareholders.

The 15th and 16th AGM of the company held on 16th Ashoj, 2078 endorsed a 10.5263% cash dividend for FY 2076/77, 0.5263% cash dividend for FY 2077/78, and 10% bonus shares also for the fiscal year 2077/78. The bonus shares equate to 4,07,705.5 shares.

The same shares are now distributed to Demat accounts. Note that these shares have already been listed in NEPSE.

For those who have not dematerialized their shares, the bonus shares will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the shares of RURU are required to present a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when they took the loan.
