10% bonus shares of Laxmi Bank Limited listed on NEPSE; 8.92 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE0 has published a notice regarding the listing of bonus shares of Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL).
As per the notice, 8,920,508.64 Units Bonus Shares of Laxmi Bank Limited (LBL) has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be freely traded on the secondary market.
The bank had issued 10% bonus shares and 5% cash dividend out of profits of FY 75/76 for the shareholders.
