Xiaomi Opens Two New Official Service Centers in Madhesh Province

Xiaomi has expanded its customer support network in Nepal with the launch of two new official service centers, one in Adarshanagar, Birgunj (Falgun 14), and another at Orbit Mall, Shiv Chowk, Janakpur (Falgun 15). This move brings high-quality, official Xiaomi services closer to users in Madhesh Province, including repairs, technical inspections, and support for smartphones, wearables, hearables, and IoT devices using genuine components.

Operated by Teledirect Pvt. Ltd., a trusted Xiaomi service partner in Nepal, the centers are staffed with trained technical teams capable of handling both routine and complex issues. To celebrate the launch, Xiaomi is offering one month of free servicing and software upgrades, up to 25% discount on out-of-warranty repairs, and no service charges on spare parts.
