Weather Update: Partly Cloudy with Chance of Rain in Nepal

Today, Nepal is expected to experience partly to generally cloudy conditions throughout the country. Light to moderate rain is likely to occur in certain areas of Koshi Province, Madesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, and Lumbini Province. There is also a possibility of heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightning in one or two places of Koshi Province and Madesh Province.

Tonight, the country will continue to experience partly to generally cloudy conditions. Light to moderate rain is expected in some areas of Koshi Province, Madesh Province, Bagmati Province, and Gandaki Province. Additionally, a few places in the rest of the provinces may also experience rainfall. There is a likelihood of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in one or two places of Koshi Province, Gandaki Province, and Lumbini Province during the night.

According to meteorological analysis, Nepal is currently influenced by monsoon winds.
