Two Shareholders of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Plan to Sell Over 134,000 Shares

Two Basic Shareholders of Upper Hewakhola Hydropower Company Limited have announced to sell a total of 134,601 shares within the next three months.

According to the company, Bandana Kumari Khadka plans to sell 59,601 shares, while Arjun Prasad Gautam plans to sell 75,000 shares.

The company submitted the information to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) as required under the Securities Act, 2063. Under the applicable provision, basic shareholders intending to sell 5% or more of their holdings are required to notify the concerned company at least 15 days before the sale.
