44,93,833.34 unit promoter shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) have been converted into public shares. This converts the Promoter to Public share ratio of the company to 76.20.: 23.80.
As of now, the company has 53,077,940 units listed in NEPSE. The promoter shareholding group holds 12,633,439 units, and the public shareholding group holds 40,444,501 units as shown in the NEPSE.
