Today, the Flow in Rivers of These Districts May Increase

Currently, the country is under the influence of the monsoon. While the monsoon low-pressure line is located to the south of Sardar place, heavy rainfall has been estimated at one or two places in Lumbini and Sudurpaschim today.

The Flood Forecasting Division has predicted that the water levels will rise in the following rivers and their tributaries on Sunday: Koshi, Narayani, Karnali, Mahakali, Kankai, Kamla, Bagmati, East Rapti, West Rapti, Babai.

Although the water level is predicted to remain below the alert level, the authorities have requested through regular bulletins for people in river coastal areas to remain alert due to the expected rise in water levels.
