Sparsha Laghubitta conducts 3 day training for field-based employees

Sparsha Laghubitta Microfinance Company has conducted three-day field management training for its field based employees from Chaitra 28 to 30, 2074. The training program was attended by 42 employees who work at different field-based work stations, heads of different departments, insurance representatives of different life insurance companies and so on.

Issuing the press note, the microfinance institution informed that CEO Mr. Sajal Khadka, Head of Human Resource and Training Department Mr. Pawan Baral among others facilitated the 3 day training program.
