Siddhartha Foundation extends financial support to PHASE Nepal

Siddhartha Foundation has extended financial support of Rs. 408,000/- to PHASE (Practical Help Achieving Self Empowerment) Nepal to incentivize women in remote areas of Mugu to utilize maternal health services. Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia, Chairman of the Bank handed over the cheque of Rs 408,000/- to Mr. Rajendra Kumar Karki, Chairman of PHASE Nepal amidst a ceremony on Tuesday, May 15, 2018.  The provided financial support will be used by PHASE Nepal to provide a set of clothes and blankets to the newly born babies and their mothers.

The ceremony was concluded with the vote of thanks and appreciation from Mr. Rajendra Kumar Karki towards the support of the Bank.  On the same, Mr. Manoj Kumar Kedia expressed his immense gratification on behalf of Siddhartha Foundation for having had an opportunity to serve the society and assured that the Bank will continue to address the needs of the community and work for the betterment of the Nepalese society in the future as well.
