The 10% bonus shares of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA) are listed in NEPSE.
Sanima Bank has virtually convened its 16th AGM for the FY 2076/77 on Kartik 28, 2077 under the leadership of its chairperson Mr. Binay Kumar Shrestha. The AGM has endorsed the board’s proposal to provide 10% bonus shares and a 3.60% cash dividend to the shareholders for the fiscal year 2076/77.
The same 88,01,380.98 units bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. As of writing, SANIMA has the last day's close at Rs. 337.
