SBCF Proposes 19% Cash Dividend, SLK Proposes 16% Cash Dividend, and LVF2 Proposes 15% Cash Dividend for FY 2081/82

Sunrise Bluechip Fund (SBCF), Shubha Laxmi Kosh (SLK), and Laxmi Value Fund-II (LVF2) have announced their dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82.
The meeting of the board of directors of LS Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 16% cash dividend to the unitholders of Shubha Laxmi Kosh (SLK), 15% cash dividend to the unitholders of Laxmi Value Fund-II (LVF2) and an 19% cash dividend (including tax) to the unitholders of Sunrise Bluechip Fund (SBCF) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
LVF2 had proposed a 4.5% cash dividend for the last FY 2080/81.
Only those unit holders listed in the register book of Shubha Laxmi Fund as of 2082-04-12 will be eligible for the declared dividend. Furthermore, the record book closure dates for Laxmi Value Fund-2 and Sunrise Bluechip Fund will be published through a separate notice.
For unit holders who have opted for the Dividend Re-Investment Plan under Shubha Laxmi Fund, the dividend amount (after applicable taxes and charges) will be reinvested in the scheme at the prevailing NAV and credited directly to the respective beneficiary accounts.
For those unit holders who have not opted for the dividend reinvestment plan, the dividend amount will be directly deposited into their bank accounts as mentioned in their beneficiary records.
