Sagarmatha Insurance provides insurance to first ever troop of female journalists climbing Mt. Everest

The first ever female journalist troop to climb Mt. Everest led by Rojita Bajracharya, is leaving with 6 other women to scale the Everest during this year’s season.

The insurance sponsor for the troop is Sagarmatha Insurance Company Limited (SIC). For each member of the team, the company is providing accident insurance worth Rs 15 lakh, medical insurance worth Rs. 4 lakh, high altitude sickness insurance worth Rs 3 lakh, and find and rescue insurance worth Rs 10 lakh 42 thousand.

A congratulatory program was organized by Sagarmatha Insurance for the climbers to wish them good luck and hand over the insurance coverage.
