Road to IPO & Credit Rating Program Concludes in Chitwan

The “Road to IPO & Credit Rating” program was successfully held in Chitwan, organized by the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum (NYEF) with support from NIMB Ace Capital, Pioneer Law Firm, and CareEdge Ratings. The event aimed to guide entrepreneurs on the IPO issuance process, credit rating requirements, and enhance financial literacy.

NYEF Chitwan President F.C.A. Nishan Paudel welcomed participants, highlighting the importance of capacity-building for young entrepreneurs. Sachindra Dhungana, Deputy CEO of NIMB Ace Capital, conducted a detailed workshop on IPO preparedness, strategic planning, Nepal’s IPO market scenario, and common mistakes made by companies.

Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Firm, explained the key legal provisions, regulatory processes, and compliance requirements for public issuance. Anand Prakash Jha, CEO of CareEdge Ratings Nepal, presented insights on how financial strength and good governance influence credit ratings and investor confidence. According to organizers, the program proved beneficial for Chitwan-based entrepreneurs.
