Ridi Hydropower quarterly profit rises to Rs 73.54 lakhs

Ridi Hydropower Development Company has posted a net profit of Rs 73.54 lakhs for the third quarter of fiscal year 2071/72. The hydropower company had reported a loss of Rs 15.91 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year.

Ridikhola Hydropower, which is a 2.4 MW project, earned Rs 1.38 crore from the sale of electricity and Rs 1.31 lakhs from other sources. It has a total income of Rs 1.39 crore whereas in corresponding quarter of last year its total income stood at Rs 1.36 crore.

It has posted an operating profit of Rs 1.12 crore.

Its EPS (annualized) stands at Rs 2.23 and net worth per share at Rs 108.52.
