Reminder! Last Trading Day to Secure Dividend of Two Hydropower Companies

Today is the last day to grab the dividend proposed by Mountain Energy Nepal Limited (MEN). The company has called its 13th AGM on 20th Kartik, 2083. The meeting will be held at the Amrapali Banquet Catering and Events, Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu, starting at 10:30 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 21.05263% dividend from the profits of FY 2082/83 for shareholders. The 146th meeting of the board of directors, held on Ashwin 26 , decided to distribute the 20% bonus shares and 1.05263% cash dividends (for tax purposes).

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84.

The book closure date is from Kartik 10 . Therefore, the shareholders who maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 5.2632% dividend from the profits of FY 2082/83 for shareholders. The meeting of the board of directors decided to distribute the 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividends (for tax purposes).

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report along with the profit and loss statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports, and to appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2083/84. There is also an agenda to issue right share on the ratio of 1:1.
