Today is the last trading day in NEPSE to qualify for the right to purchase shares of Garima Samriddhi Yojana (GSY).
The 81st meeting of the board of directors of Garima Capital Limited has decided to distribute a 5.10% return worth Rs. 6.37 Crores to Garima Samriddhi Yojana (GSY) for the fiscal year 2081/82. Garima Samriddhi Yojana (GSY) is a closed-end fund. The fund is sponsored by Garima Bikas Bank Limited and managed by Garima Capital.
The book closure date is 27th Shrawan, 2082. Therefore, shareholders who have maintained their shares to date are entitled to a dividend payout and are eligible to attend this AGM.
