Rastriya Beema Company Q1 earning surges by whooping 113.67% to Rs 4.8 crore; EPS at Rs 38.59

Rastriya Beema Company Limited (RBCL) has reported a massive profit growth of 113.67 percent in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75.
According to the unaudited financial report for the first quarter the non-life insurer published today, its net profit increased to Rs. 4.8 crore in the first quarter as compared to Rs. 2.24 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal year 2073/74.
The company’s net earnings from premium grew to Rs 7.45 crore in Q1 from Rs. 4.73 crore in the same quarter last year.
The insurance company has paid up capital of Rs 12.44 crore and has Rs 1.1 arba in insurance fund. Its reserve fund has reached Rs 1.96 arba, up from Rs.1.74 arba in the previous fiscal year.
Its earning per share (EPS) stands at Rs 38.59, Price Earning (P/E) ratio is at 408.18 times and net worth per share at Rs. 2560.81.
RBCL had provided 114.27% bonus share for three fiscal years: FY 2060/61, FY 2061/62 and FY 2062/63.
