Promoter Shares of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta in Auction from Today
The existing promoter of Jeevan Bikas Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (JBLB) is auctioning 1,33,302 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
1,33,302 units of promoter shares will be auctioned. Only existing promoters are eligible to bid for the auction from 24th Baishakh to 7th Jestha, 2082.
The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 525 for 4,030 units of shares and Rs. 530 for the rest of the remaining units, with a minimum bid quantity of 250 units, and no upper limit on the number of shares.
NMB Capital is overseeing the auction as the auction manager.
JBLB closed at Rs. 1,284.53. Meanwhile, JBLBP has an LTP of Rs. 100.00.
