Prime Bank bonus share distribution from tomorrow

Prime Commercial Bank Limited is distributing 19% bonus share certificates to its shareholders from Jestha 11, Monday. Prime Bank’s 7th AGM held on Poush 29, 2071 had endorsed the 19% stock dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in last fiscal year.
The bonus share certificate would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM on Friday from its RTS Civil Capital Market Limited, Kathmandu Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The list of shareholder numbers alongside the date on which the bonus shares will be issued has been published in today’s Nagarik daily.
