Prabhu Bank Promoted "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" to Issue 2.50 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Jestha 23

Prabhu Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" closed-end mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 23rd Jestha to the 27th Jestha, 2082. If not subscribed fully by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Ashadh 06.
Out of 4 crore unit shares, 7.5%, i.e., 30 lakh units worth Rs. 3 crore, have been allocated to the scheme manager, Prabhu Bank Limited, and 7.5%, i.e., 30,00,000 units worth Rs. 3 crores, have been allocated to the fund sponsor, Prabhu Capital Limited. The remaining 2,50,00,000 units worth Rs 25 Crore will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"Prabhu Systematic Investment Scheme" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 31,00,000 units.
