Nepal Bank Launches Home Loan Scheme with 0.5% Premium, Special Benefits

Nepal Bank Limited has introduced a special home loan scheme offering interest rates starting at a 0.5% premium over the base rate to mark its 90th anniversary.

The 90-day offer, running from Kartik 15, 2083, to Magh 15, 2083, covers home purchases, construction, renovation and apartment purchases. The loan tenure extends up to 25 years, with a service charge of just 0.25%.

Customers taking the loan will also receive a lifetime-free credit card facility of up to Rs. 5 lakh and a 50% discount on annual locker charges.

The scheme is part of the bank’s anniversary offers as it prepares to enter its 90th year on Kartik 30.

Nepal Bank, the country’s first bank, currently serves around three million customers through 231 branches, 250 ATMs and 58 extension counters across Nepal.
