No Dividend To Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited's Shareholders for FY 2080/81

Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (SNLI) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 145th Board Meeting of SNLI held on Shrawan 27, 2082, has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
