"NMB 50" and "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" have announced dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82.
In a meeting of the board of directors of NMB Capital Limited decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB 50 (NMB50) and a 15% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) for the fiscal year 2081/82.
NMB 50 (NMB50) and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) are both closed-ended mutual funds with a 10-year maturity period, managed by NMB Capital Limited.
As of the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NMB50 is reported at Rs. 12.18, with a closing price of Rs. 11.18. NSIF2's NAV stands at Rs. 13.37, with a closing price of Rs. 11.31.
The book closure date for dividend eligibility is 13th Bhadra, meaning unit holders on record till 12th Bhadra are entitled to receive the dividend.
