NIC Asia Capital Calls 9th AGM, Proposes 50% Dividend and Highlights Digital Service Expansion

NIC Asia Capital Limited has announced its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Bhadra 18, 2082, at its registered office in Thapathali, Kathmandu. The meeting will discuss and approve the annual report for FY 2081/082 and the proposed 50% cash dividend (including tax) on paid-up capital.

Having already distributed 240% in cash dividends up to the 7th AGM, the approval of this proposal will bring the total to 290%. The company is also advancing its digital transformation with the slogan "Now not in line, but Capital's service Online," and has made most of its services available online by the end of FY 2081/082.
