NIC ASIA Bank to make QR code based payment more accessible and convenient for all; urges sellers and distributors to reach out for receiving QR codes
NIC ASIA Bank has decided to make QR code based payment system easier by distributing QR codes to different delivery services involved in selling and distributing goods of daily necessity. The bank aims to provide comfort to its valued mobile banking customers whose cash reserve is drying up due to ongoing lockdown.
The bank has urged all the suppliers and sellers to reach out to it via email following which they will be provided with the QR codes for safe electronic transaction. The bank has also urged its customers to engage in electronic transactions as far as possible and has committed to facilitate the process as much as possible.

The bank currently provides its services to its strong customer base from its 319 branches, 461 ATM terminals, 108 extension counters and 61 branchless banking units throughout the nation.
